How can I get rid of depression!

Depression is a case where none of us can explain how we feel, we establish our own world, leave everything behind, and seek safety in our reduced world, away from that noisy one.

So, how can we get rid of depression?

1-Talk to someone who relieves you, whom you trust. If you don’t have anyone, please find anything even an object, just place it infront of you, and say everything inside you. Yes believe me this method is a real magic. Try it yourself!

2-Engage yourself in parties, some activity, anything that can distract you, in this way, your brain won’t have time to enjoy retrieving any annoying thing.

3-This one is the most important to me.Write everything you want to say on a paper. The paper will absorb all your negativity.

4-Though it is depression, we can still think of positive things, like you arrange your goals, look at the bright side, long to see what you really love.

5- Talking to oneself is really an amazing method to drain this depression, convince yourself that tomorrow will be a beautiful day, you have so many dreams to fulfill, and these bad days will be a memory to remember.

6-Finally, change the routine you’ve got used to! It is now the time to change, like if you don’t exercise, start to do so, read books, invite friends, go out, help people, listen to them, this will definitely change your mood, you must interact and communicate with others again!
