How To Make Homemade Cereal For Your Children

This recipe is very healthy and rich for children within the age of 6months and above.

Ingredients

1. Wheat 1 paint

2. Almond nut 1 packet

3. Groundnuts 4 cups

4. Cray fish  half painter

5. Date 50 seeds

6. Cashew nut 2 milk cups

7. Soya beans 5 cups.

Method of preparation.

1. Place a pot on the fire.

2. Put all the ingredients into the hot pan and begin to fry without adding anything.

3. Blend or grind them into powder.

Your cereal is ready to be cooked

4. Store in a air tight container.­
