विश्व के अनेक देशों की तुलना में बॉलीवुड में प्रतिवर्ष अनेक फिल्मों एवं सीरियलों का निर्माण किया जाता है एवं देश के विभिन्न भागों के लोग यहां कार्य करते है| वर्तमान में इसे फिल्म जगत या फिल्म उद्योग या फिल्म इंडस्ट्री या बॉलीवुड इंडस्ट्री कहा जाता है हमारे बॉलीवुड ने अनेक महान कलाकारों को जन्म दिया है किंतु पिछले कुछ समय से वर्तमान कलाकारों द्वारा इसकी छवि को धूमिल किया जा रहा है| अभी कुछ दिन पहले ही कलाकार अर्जुन रामपाल के ड्रग्स से जुड़े मामले पर NCB द्वारा कार्यवाही की गई| बॉलीवुड एवं ड्रग्स का मामला सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के निधन या हत्या के बाद उजागर हुआ |

यद्यपि हम सब जानते हैं कि बॉलीवुड शराब, ड्रग्स से कभी भी अछूता नहीं रहा किंतु इस मामले ने अभी कुछ अधिक तूल पकड़ा तो क्या यह आवश्यक नहीं है कि अब सरकार, सरकारी एजेंसियों यहां तक कि आम जनता द्वारा इस पर कार्यवाही की जाए, जिन बॉलीवुड कलाकारों को भारतीय नौजवानों (लड़के, लड़कियां) द्वारा अपना आदर्श माना जाता है वही लोग हेरोइन, कोकीन, चरस, गांजे जैसी नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन करते है, इसमें तथाकथित बॉलीवुड कलाकार दीपिका पादुकोण, श्रद्धा कपूर, विक्की कौशल, अर्जुन कपूर, भारती सिंह, रिया चक्रवर्ती, रणवीर सिंह, राकुल प्रीत सिंह जैसे नौजवानों के पसंदीदा कलाकार नशीले पदार्थों के आदी पाए जाते है| क्या इस प्रकार के लोग किसी के आदर्श हो सकते है| एक और मुद्दा बॉलीवुड में भाई भतीजावाद, भीतरी एवं बाहरी का उठा तो क्या बॉलीवुड कोई रियासत है जहां केवल उत्तराधिकार के माध्यम से कलाकारों का चयन किया जाता है, क्या भारत जैसे विविधता भरे देश में बॉलीवुड के घरानों के अलावा पूरे भारत में प्रतिभाएं नहीं है |

बॉलीवुड में प्रवेश के लिए प्रमुख मापदंड सुंदरता एवं अभिनय है| मेरे विचार में भारत जैसे वृहद देश में योग्यता एवं सुंदरता की बहुतायत है| किसने कहा कि बॉलीवुड हीरो एव हीरोइने सुंदर एवं प्रतिभावान हैं| सौंदर्य प्रसाधनों की लीपापोती करके वे सुंदर दिखाने का प्रयास करते हैं, सुंदरता देखनी है तो भारत के एक कोने से दूसरे कोने तक चले जाइए सुंदरता एव योग्यता का अपार भंडार है| हमारे भारत में मध्य काल से ही रामलीला, कृष्ण लीला, नल-दमयंती, आल्हा-ऊदल इत्यादि का मंचन देश के विभिन्न भागों में किया जा रहा है तो क्या बॉलीवुड घरानों के अतिरिक्त देश में योग्यता नहीं है| कहा जाता है कि इन बॉलीवुड घरानों के खून में ही कलाकारी है अर्थात माता-पिता की कलाकारी के लक्षण उसके बेटे बेटियों में हैं अर्थात जब बॉलीवुड कलाकारों के बच्चे कलाकार ही बनेंगे तो हमारे देश में आईएएस,आईपीएस,डॉक्टर,इंजीनियर ,न्यायाधीशों इत्यादि के बच्चे आईएएस,आईपीएस इत्यादि ही क्यों नहीं बनते हैं| हां एक कारण हो सकता है कि प्रकृति ने इनके खून और बाकी खून में कुछ विशेष अंतर किया हो| बॉलीवुड घरानों से संबंधित लड़के लड़कियों को कुछ आता हो या नहीं लेकिन वे कलाकारी में ही आएंगे,फिल्मों के हीरो हीरोइनों का किरदार निभाएंगे,यह इसलिए नहीं कि वे योग्य है, वह इसलिए कि वे किसी भी क्षेत्र में योग्य होते ही नहीं है एवं बॉलीवुड इन घरानों के लिए रियासतों की तरह है, जहां उत्तराधिकार के माध्यम से राजा,युवराज, राजकुमारी, बनते हैं, चाहे वे इसके लायक हो या नहीं| इसलिए हमारा बॉलीवुड एवं राजनीति में दोनों ही रियासतों की तरह है, इस अवधारणा को परिवर्तित करने की आवश्यकता है, वेसे भी हमारा भारत दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा लोकतंत्र एव इसका संविधान महान संविधान है, जो मूल अधिकारो, राज्य के नीति निदेशक सिद्धांतों के माध्यम से प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में समानता एवं स्वतंत्रता बिना भेदभाव के स्थापित करता है|

बॉलीवुड के बाहर खुले बाजार से बॉलीवुड में प्रवेश करने वाली प्रतिभाओं को तरह-तरह के मानसिक एवं शारीरिक उत्पीड़नो के दौर से गुजरना पड़ता है, जो उचित नहीं है| अभी कुछ दिनों पहले आपको ज्ञात होगा कि बॉलीवुड के बड़े दिग्गज फिल्म निर्देशक के ऊपर एक एक्ट्रेस के द्वारा यौन उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाया था, जिस पर खूब सियासत भी की गई किंतु कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया गया, इसका क्या कारण हो सकता है या तो उस एक्ट्रेस की आवाज को दबा दिया गया या उस तथाकथित निर्देशक के रसूख के कारण मीडिया एवं सरकारी एजेंसियां शांत हो गई| बॉलीवुड की एक बात तो हम सभी जानते ही हैं कि इसमें सरकारी एजेंसियों के आला अधिकारी, उद्योग, जगत, राजनीति जगत, क्रिकेट जगत सभी इससे जुड़े हुए हैं, इसकी बड़ी-बड़ी पार्टियों में इन सभी की शान और शौकत के साथ शिरकत होती है एवं लाखों करोड़ों रुपए इन पार्टियों में शराब,शबाब, ड्रग्स पर बर्बाद किए जाते हैं| यह कुछ हमारे देश के विशेष वर्ग एवं समुदाय हैं, जो अपने आप को आम जनता से अलग प्रजाति के मानते हैं, हां इसका आम जनता से संबंध है किंतु वह अपने निजी स्वार्थों को पूरा करने का अर्थात यह जनता के पास आते हैं किंतु अपने कार्य के लिए जैसे राजनीतिक नेता 5 वर्ष में एक बार वोट मांगने आम जनता के पास आते हैं, बॉलीवुड अपनी फिल्मों के प्रचार के लिए, क्रिकेटर्स अपने मैचों के दौरान |यह कुछ हमारे देश के विशेष वर्ग एवं समुदाय हैं, जो अपने आप को आम जनता से अलग प्रजाति के मानते हैं, हां इसका आम जनता से संबंध है किंतु वह अपने निजी स्वार्थों को पूरा करने का अर्थात यह जनता के पास आते हैं किंतु अपने कार्य के लिए जैसे राजनीतिक नेता 5 वर्ष में एक बार वोट मांगने आम जनता के पास आते हैं, बॉलीवुड अपनी फिल्मों के प्रचार के लिए, क्रिकेटर्स अपने मैचों के दौरान |

आपने कभी सोचा है कि बॉलीवुड की हस्तियां, राजनीतिक हस्तियां, क्रिकेट के महान दिग्गज खिलाड़ियो के द्वारा जनता से इतना अधिक धन कमाया जाता है, लेकिन यह जाता कहां है| समाचार पढ़ते हैं फलाना अभिनेता या अभिनेत्री अब प्रत्येक फिल्म के लिए 5 करोड़ या 10 करोड़ या 15 करोड़ चार्ज करेंगे, समाचारों में पढ़ते हैं फला क्रिकेटर की संपत्ति 500 करोड़ ,1500 करोड़ , 2500 करोड़ है,फला क्रिकेटर की एंडोर्स्मेंट से कमाई इस वर्ष 100 करोड़ है किंतु आपने देखा होगा कि उदाहरण के रूप में इस कोरोना संकट काल में उद्योगपतियों ने अपने सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व के तहत देशवासियों के लिए इस संकट से लड़ने हेतु धन एवं सहायक साधन मुहैया कराए किंतु एक दो बॉलीवुड अभिनेताओं को अपवाद के अलावा 10-10 लाख , 20-20 लाख रुपए महान बॉलीवुड कलाकार एवं क्रिकेट की महान एवं धनी हस्तियां दान देती है| यह हमारे देश के लिए बड़े ही गर्व की बात है कि जिन अभिनेता एव अभिनेत्रियों के परिधान सोदर्भ प्रसाधन अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों से लाखों रुपए में आते हैं तथा कई क्रिकेटरों के पीने का पानी फ्रांस से मंगाया जाता है कई अभिनेत्रियों के हैंड बैग की कीमत 5-20 लाख रुपए तक है| किन्तु देश के लिए खर्च करने हेतु पैसे नहीं है| जो अभिनेता अभिनेत्रिया हमें तेल , साबुन , अंडर बनियान , क्रीम , शैंपू इत्यादि विभिन्न रोजमर्रा की वस्तुओं को बेचने हमें आते हैं, जिसके लिए उत्पादक कंपनियों से करोड़ों रुपए वसूलते हैं| क्या आपने कभी उनसे पूछा है कि एक ₹20 के साबुन की गुणवत्ता इतनी अच्छी है कि उसे बेचने के लिए आप जैसे महान कलाकार को आना पड़ा, तो क्या आपने इसे विज्ञापन के सिवाय कभी हाथ में भी लिया है, इसके उत्पाद के प्रचार करने के खर्च के कारण उत्पाद का मूल्य जरूर बढ़ता है, तो क्या उत्पाद करने वाली कंपनियां यही कार्य आम जनता, जो इसे प्रयोग करती है, उनके द्वारा इनका विज्ञापन नहीं करवा सकती |

अभी कुछ दिन समय पहले Me Too Campain भी चलाया गया था, जिसमें कई अभिनेताओं पर यौन शोषण के आरोप लगे थे, एवं कई अभिनेत्रियां खुलकर इसके विरोध में सामने आई थी| इस कैंपेन में केंद्र सरकार के एक मंत्री को भी अपना पद भी गंवाना पड़ा था किंतु जब इस तरह की समस्याएं बॉलीवुड में उठाई गई है तो इसका समाधान क्यों नहीं किया जाता है| आपने देखा होगा कि जब यह मुद्दे देश के सामने आए तो जनता के साथ-साथ समाचार पत्रों एवं मीडिया ने भी इस में बढ़ चढ़कर भाग लिया, प्रत्येक दिन सुबह से रात तक प्रत्येक मीडिया चैनल पर पक्ष विपक्ष में कुछ फालतू लोगों को लाकर बिठा दिया जाता है, पक्ष विपक्ष द्वारा एक-दूसरे पर आरोप-प्रत्यारोप करने का कार्य किया जाता है, कभी-कभी तो ऐसा लगता है कि देश की सारी समस्याओं का समाधान आज अभी यहीं हो जाएगा, कुछ गालियां देने का कार्य करते तो कुछ सुनने का कार्य करते किंतु दूसरे दिन देश में कोई दूसरा मुद्दा आने पर पुराने मुद्दे को छोड़ कर उस पर लग जाते| यहां एक बात और सोचने वाली है कि इस प्रकार के यौन शोषण के आरोप लगाने वाली महिलाएं भी शांत बैठ जाती है| हम इन आरोपों पर F.I.R दायर करने की खबरें, आरोप लगाने की खबरें एवं सरकारी एजेंसी द्वारा जांच करने की बात की खबरें भी पढ़ते हैं किंतु किसी की गिरफ्तारी की कभी कोई खबर नहीं सुनते| हां इससे जुड़ी एक और खबर मिलती है कि फलां राजनीतिक पार्टी द्वारा फलां अभिनेत्री को अपनी पार्टी में शामिल करने का ऑफर देने या शामिल करने की सुनते हैं, इसका क्या तात्पर्य है|

हमारे समाज की नई पीढ़ी जिन अभिनेता या अभिनेत्रियों को फॉलो करते हैं वे इस प्रकार के असामाजिक कार्यों में लिप्त पाए जाते हैं एवं हमारी राजनीतिक व्यवस्था कला में विशेष योगदान के आधार पर राज्य सभा की सदस्यता हेतु मनोनीत करती है, जो स्वयं ही अपना सुधार नहीं कर सकते वह हमारी लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में क्या योगदान दे सकते हैं | अतः वर्तमान में आवश्यकता है कि हम (आम जनता) ऐसे लोगों का बहिष्कार करें तथा इन्हें आदर्श मानने के स्थान पर हमे हेयदृष्टि से देखना चाहिए, सरकारी एजेंसियों (पुलिस, नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो etc. ) को पूरी ईमानदारी एवं बिना किसी दबाव के अपना कार्य संविधान एवं कानून के दृष्टिकोण से करना चाहिए तथा मीडिया को निष्पक्षता के साथ कार्य करना चाहिए किंतु दुर्भाग्यवश ऐसा होता नहीं दिखाई दे रहा क्योंकि इस देश की जनता किसी मुद्दे को तभी तक याद रखती है जब तक कि दूसरा मुद्दा नहीं उठता है, जैसे सुशांत सिंह राजपूत, ड्रक्स वाले मामले के दौरान ही उत्तर प्रदेश के गैंगस्टर विकास दुबे एव हाथरस गैंगरेप मामला सामने आया तो जनता पहले वाले मुद्दों को भूल गयी |
