So here are some tips for wellnesss which are very important for your health:
- Drink adequate amount of water (six 50cl of water per day) in between meals and when hunger appear.
- No snacking in-between meals.
- Stay away from processed meat, soda and junks
- Kick out meat and kick in fruits, nuts, seeds, beans vegetables, wholegrains and yougurt.
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep daily.
- Don't drink or eat close to bedtime.
- Avoid over sleeping.
- Exercise regularly.
- Quit smoking if you do smoke.
- Open your windows wide daily for ventilation. Natural air is good.
- Eat a healthy breakfast fast between 7-8 am and a late lunch 2-6 pm.
- Avoid exciting or depressing TV or movies in the hours before bed time
- Monitor your blood pressure.
