Tips for wellnesss

So here are some tips for wellnesss which are very important for your health:

  • Drink adequate amount of water (six 50cl of water per day) in between meals and when hunger appear.
  • No snacking in-between meals.
  • Stay away from processed meat, soda and junks
  • Kick out meat and kick in fruits, nuts, seeds, beans vegetables, wholegrains and yougurt.
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep daily.
  • Don't drink or eat close to bedtime.
  • Avoid over sleeping.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Quit smoking if you do smoke.
  • Open your windows wide daily for ventilation. Natural air is good.
  • Eat a healthy breakfast fast between 7-8 am and a late lunch 2-6 pm.
  • Avoid exciting or depressing TV or movies in the hours before bed time
  • Monitor your blood pressure.
