My today topic is on healthy habits we should adopt in our life. This topic came across in everyone one mind when we are surrounded by the virus , who is killing people.
Not only in this pandemic time , our healthy habits is important but it is important at the end of our life. Our habits makes us who we truly are.
Adopting Healthy habits in life makes our personality . When we adopt good habits , we inspire people through our habits. For example whenever we saw any personality , we start thinking of become like them , and yes it happened with everyone out there . It's a human nature that both bad and good habits attracts us , but usually people get attracted towards bad habits so fast rather than good one.
WHAT ARE HEALTHY HABITS WE CAN ADOPT
1.YOUR EATING HABITS
Everyone eats food , but what we are eating is truly important .Our health plays a crucial role in our life . We humans are the biggest resource and our body is our biggest asset.
What is the use of money if we do not have healthy body. Money cannot buy health ,only your healthy habits can give you beautiful body.
Everyone loves beautiful body , I too love myself when I feel good . You feel good when you see yourself in the mirror . Your body works according to the food you take .
Easting too much junkie food , keep the work of destroying your body and mind, and on the opposite when you intake healthy food that time your body work very differently , you remain cool and carm all day.
So basically what you eat comes under your healthy habits.
2.YOGA AND MEDITATION
How you start your day is also important , your whole routine depends on your morning schedule . Researchers have shown that peolpe who start their day with yoga and meditation , create that energy which makes them remain calm in difficult times.
Yoga and Meditation creates inner peace and calmness , that is why it is suggested that all those who are suffering from mental health problems should adopt this healthy habit. With the help of medication , they get relief for a short time but with yoga and meditation this problem can be removed permanently.
3.READING AND WRITING
Reading and writing also comes under healthy habits .A person who reads and write thinks very differently and he does not feel depressed or lonelly. Knowledge is powerful , your brain works very differently when you engage in reading.
4.HELPING OTHERS IN NEED
When you help others , you feel very happy and confident, So this is also a healthy habit one can adopt , as helping other in their difficult time make you real human being . We born to help each other , that's why God created us.
REMAIN ON SOCIAL MEDIA ALL THE TIME , DESTROYS YOU , USING SOCIAL MEDIA IS IMPORTANT ONLY WHEN IT IS NECESSARY . NOW A DAYS CHILDREN USE SOCIAL MEDIA TOO MUCH AND DESTROYING THEIR HABITS , WHICH RESULTS IN DEPRESSION AND SUICIDE.
So adopting these heathy habits , motivates you and others. These healthy habits helps you to reach there , where you want to go.
We can reach our destination when we adopt good habits in life.
